Cancellation Policy

1.Order Cancellation
Orders for customized products can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. To cancel your order, please contact our customer service team at Jeetkaur027.jk@gmail.com or chat with us +91 7017385138 with your order details.
After 24 hours, we begin the customization process, and cancellations will not be accepted.

Refund and Exchange Policy

1.Non-Refundable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Customized products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they arrive damaged.

2.Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item.
To claim a refund or replacement for a damaged item, you must provide a video recording of the product being unpacked from the sealed package. This video serves as proof that the damage occurred before you received the item.

Video Submission Guidelines

1.Video Requirements
The video must show the unopened package with any shipping labels clearly visible.
The video should capture the entire unboxing process, including the removal of any packaging materials and a clear view of the damaged item.
Ensure the video is continuous and unedited from the moment you start filming until the product is fully unboxed and the damage is visible.

General Guidelines

1.Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to damage, we will provide a return shipping label. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

2.Processing Time

Refunds or replacements for damaged items will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the video evidence and the returned product, if applicable.
